*Check Original Page: How to use IPCTool restore POE camera to factory settings?
1. Please download a client to search for POE camera’s IP. (Please make sure your camera system in the same LAN with your computer, they connect to the same router),
2. Open the PC client software “IPCTool” 
, and click “refresh” 
, it will automatically search out the IP of the camera within the same LAN.

3. Select the camera you need to reset, please click “Restore Default”, then then wait about 1 minutes and it will be ok.
