Excellent Customer Service

I had some minor issues and contacted customer service. Response time was expeditious and totally resolved my concerns. I would recommend Anran cameras to anyone. It is enjoyable to deal with a company that values it's customers.

Good quality picture

Great quality camera. Tech support did not solve our issues. The first guy I spoke with was rude. I purchased 2 cameras and the 2nd one would not connect to my wifi. They told me to send it back. I ended up restarting my router and it connected after that. I have more to learn about the cameras. It was a rough start up but I mostly happy with the product.

Beware: Camera doesn't track

NO TRACKING. Even though it states in the product description that "camera will focus on the person and track them as they move", this is not the case. You will get an alert, but when the object steps out of the camera lens frame, the camera does not move to track it. Pretty annoying.
It will pan if controlled manually only. Other than this mis-advertisement, it works fine.
Upon contacting the company, they only replied that this model doesn't have this feature, but did not say which models do. No chance for return considering where I had placed the cameras, out of state and not cost effective.

Love the cameras and free app

I love these cameras and they seem to work really well. My daughter had ordered them first and showed them to me. Not only do they swivel 360 degrees but I am notified promptly when someone walks across the monitored area. I havent noticed them being too sensitive that they pick up on animals. I do love the still shots they take of people walking in front of my house as I am near a highway.
I like the sound and I didn't realize they had that feature until they were up and running. My son in law had them set up within minutes. Easy setup. I also love that my daughter has access to my app in case Im busy and miss something! I am hoping the solar panels work well during the winter. Overall I am extremely satisfied and feel a lot safer.

A: No, our cameras don't support onvif.

Q: What is the viewing angle and What range of coverage is it ?

A: With an impressive 135° field of view, you can see more of the picture, wherever you place your camera. About 13 meters.

Q: Do you have to have Alexa for this?

A: ANRAN's cameras are all compatible with Alexa, but that doesn't mean you have touse Alexa! You can connect and operate the camera via an app on your mobile phone.

Q: What name brand of sd card and do i get 128g?

A: It is recommended that you purchase a regular SD card (e.g. SanDisk), which is not included in the parcel and needs to be purchased by you.
