2. Submit your ANRAN offcial Order ID to get warrantv extended. you can check our rules as followed to ensure that you can apply for an extended warranty.
3. After registering with your Order ID, you can make a warranty claim on my product. You’ll get a response on one business day.
Is there a subscription required?
No. You can rest assured that there are no surprise monthly fees with the Anran security camera. You pay for the camera, and that’s it. As for data storage, you can store recordings on a microSD card (up to 128GB). We also offer optional cloud storage for those who want additional data backup, but it is by no means required. It is merely a convenience that we offer customers.
Is my privacy protected?
Yes. All camera recordings are encrypted, and data transmission is conducted securely should you choose to have cloud storage backup. With local storage, footage is saved directly on the camera’s microSD card. You have total control over this data.
Does the camera detect motion?
Yes. This camera is equipped with advanced AI and PIR motion detection to not just detect motion but also identify human motion. When movement is detected, an alert is immediately sent to you so that you can check the video and respond instantly, if needed.
