Buying and reviving the product was a good experience. Setting up the system has been challenging. I am having issues receiving phone alerts when there is human activities. Some cameras are slow to pickup human activities and spot lights do not turn on at night despite been properly set up in the system. I have requested information via email and still without a response. Otherwise, the system is what I was looking for, just need to fine tune the setup. Jorge
