So far the Anran Q3 security camera has been a great purchase. Without the need for a household power outlet, the install was relatively easy and quick -- just follow the instructions, step by step. I mounted my camera on the front corner of the house so that it could sweep across the yard, view the front sidewalk or the driveway, all at the touch of the app screen. A nice touch is the tilt of the PTZ so that I can focus in on a particular area of interest. I especially like the fact that no subscription is required since I am using an after-market 128GB SD card. Only time will tell how well the battery pack stays charged with the included solar panel - so far it has been good but we have also had a good many sunny days. Watching a live view can be a bit laggy but that may be the result of my WiFi network and not the camera. Many features to experiment with and learn how to use and fine tune.
