1. Please download a client to search for POE camera’s IP. (Please make sure your camera system in the same LAN with your computer, they connect to the same router),

2. Open the PC client software “IPCTool”, and click “refresh”, it will automatically search out the IP of the camera within the same LAN.

3. Choose the camera which you want to upgraded, then click “upgrade”, choose the upgrade file and click OK (the upgrade file is not a compressed package, you can directly select it to upgrade),the upgrade process takes 2 to 3 minutes.
