*Check Original Page: POE camera is no picture or can’t be power on
*Checking the network cable, use another working network cable for this camera and check whether it will work normally or not.
*Change the camera to another channel and check whether it will work normally or not.
*Use your finger cover the camera sensor or place the camera in a dark environment to check whether the Infrared lights will turn on or whether you can hear a click sound. If not, please restore the camera to factory settings and try again.
*Please check whether the IP address of camera has changed, right click go to “Add camera”, delete the all cameras firstly, and then add the camera again.
1. Delete all camera from below
2. Click “Quick Modify IP” change cameras IP address
3. Click “Search-Add”, and then add camera again
