Q27.What to do if Wireless system NVR can't connect cloud?

Please plug NVR into router with network cable if you wanna use a computer or phone to connect recorder locally or remotely.

You can judge whether recorder has connected to cloud by status of network like picture below.



If the Cloud ID is offline(not online), it means recorder did not connect to cloud successfully.

You can try methods below.

1. Please check the yellow and green light on the ethernet port of recorder. green light should be lit and yellow light should be blinking which indicates recorder has connected to router successfully. If not, please change the ethernet port of router or another reticle to have a try.


2.Go to System setup---network setup  to confirm DHCP is ticked.


3.Please reset recorder to default factory setting.

System setup--->System admin--->Factory setting,select the function module except the "Digital Channel" as below picture showed,click "OK".

Tips:Please do not select the "Digital Channel".If you select the "Digital Channel" to reset to factory setting,the cameras will be deleted from the recoeder,then you should Auto-Pairing the cameras to the recorder.
